Amour Recruitment-is seeking a dependable and customer-focused-Technical Service Desk-Operator-to join a well-established IT services company based in-Waterlooville.
This role sits at the heart of the support team and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving technical issues, and delivering clear, reliable service.
Duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT support requests
- Logging, updating, and managing tickets within the helpdesk system
- Troubleshooting and resolving first-line technical issues
- Providing clear updates to customers throughout the lifecycle of a ticket
- Supporting user administration and common troubleshooting within Microsoft 365
- Assisting with joiner, mover and leaver processes
Personal requirements:
- Previous experience in a 1st Line Service Desk / Helpdesk role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Experience using a ticketing or service management system
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly to users
- Calm and professional approach when handling support requests
Hours:-Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (with participation in an out-of-hours rota) working from home on Tuesday & Thursday, but must be live within a 15/20 mile radius of the office.
Salary:28,000
