The Opportunity

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to build and run your own specialist recruitment desk.

Recruitment combines sales, business development, relationship management and headhunting.

You'll work with businesses to understand their hiring needs, identify exceptional talent and manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.

No two days are the same.

One day you could be speaking with a senior executive in Germany. The next, developing a new client relationship, headhunting a specialist candidate or negotiating a deal.

You'll build your network, develop commercial skills and become an expert in your chosen market.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll learn how to:

• Build strong relationships with German-speaking clients and candidates.

• Identify and win new business opportunities.

• Source and headhunt talented professionals.

• Conduct qualification calls and candidate interviews.

• Manage clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop long-term professional relationships.

• Build and grow your own international network.

• Generate leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Map your market and identify new opportunities.

• Negotiate and close deals.

• Become a specialist within a cutting-edge industry.

Your Training & Development

No recruitment experience? No problem.

Our bespoke training academy, Ignition, is a 12-week programme designed specifically to give you the skills, confidence and market knowledge needed to build a successful recruitment career.

You'll combine structured training with hands-on experience at your desk, learning:

• Candidate sourcing and headhunting

• Candidate qualification and interviewing

• Business development

• Sales and negotiation

• Client management

• Market mapping

• Recruitment strategy

• Building your specialist network

You'll also receive ongoing support from our dedicated Learning & Development team and your manager, with mentoring from day one.
