Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and securing the school site
- Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
- Monitoring site safety and reporting issues
- Supporting cleaning standards across the school
- Maintaining outdoor areas and ensuring the site is tidy and presentable
- Assisting with deliveries, room setups, and school events
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
- Good practical and DIY skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong communication and organisational skills
