Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Opening and securing the school site
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
  • Monitoring site safety and reporting issues
  • Supporting cleaning standards across the school
  • Maintaining outdoor areas and ensuring the site is tidy and presentable
  • Assisting with deliveries, room setups, and school events

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
  • Good practical and DIY skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
