FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY - CHILLED WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £40,900 per annum, based on 45 hours per week
Holiday: 22 days annual leave + bank holiday allowance

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and organised Chilled Warehouse Supervisor to join the busy warehouse operation at in Tewkesbury.

This is a key hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for supporting, motivating and developing Warehouse Team Leaders and Operatives, while ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
andmiddot;Supervising, motivating and supporting Chilled Warehouse and Yard staff
andmiddot;Ensuring safe working practices and manual handling procedures are followed
andmiddot;Monitoring chilled warehouse conditions, equipment and fridge temperatures
andmiddot;Supporting stock rotation, daily stock checks and accurate paperwork
andmiddot;Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Management to resolve issues
andmiddot;Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised working environment
andmiddot;Supporting loading and unloading to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround times
andmiddot;Ensuring product quality, stock control and hygiene standards are maintained
andmiddot;Deputising for the Warehouse Manager when required

Forklift truck experience would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
