Job Title: Commercial Support Coordinator

Location: Sheffield

Salary: Up to £30k DOE + Benefits

Loom Talent is exclusively supporting a well-established manufacturer serving industrial and technical markets worldwide. Our client combines manufacturing capability with specialist technical expertise across a global group.

We're looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join their commercial team in Sheffield. This is a varied role covering customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, export activities and general commercial administration. You'll work closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, Production and Quality.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting quotation preparation and follow-up
  • Processing customer orders
  • Preparing export and shipping documentation
  • Coordinating freight bookings
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Building your knowledge of the company's products and services

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, sales support or commercial support role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • A customer-focused, team-oriented approach
  • Experience with ERP systems, export documentation or a manufacturing/engineering environment is a plus but not essential
