Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national property services contractor that delivers planned maintenance, responsive repairs, retrofit and asset management programmes for local authorities and housing associations across the UK. With an exceptional reputation for customer service, quality and long-term partnerships, the business continues to secure major frameworks and planned works contracts, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team.

Based in South Staffordshire, you'll oversee planned maintenance contracts across the West Midlands, managing predominantly kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within occupied social housing.

The Role

You'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple planned works contracts, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing planned works programmes, including kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes within occupied social housing.
• Leading Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and directly employed operatives to achieve programme and quality targets.
• Building strong relationships with housing association and local authority clients, residents and stakeholders.
• Managing programme performance, commercial awareness, health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction across multiple live projects.
• Driving operational performance whilst ensuring exceptional resident experience and service delivery.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous Contracts Management experience within planned maintenance, refurbishment or social housing.
• Experience delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, decent homes or other planned works contracts.
• Strong leadership, client management and organisational skills.
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SMSTS, CSCS and a full UK Driving Licence.
