We're looking for confident, outgoing individuals to join our team in Colchester as Customer Service Representatives, representing well-known brands at exciting live events and promotional campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers face-to-face at events and promotional activities.

• Answering questions and introducing customers to products and services.

• Delivering great customer experiences and building lasting connections.

• Working with a motivated team to achieve campaign goals.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, confident people with great communication skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience is helpful but not essential.

Essential Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or over.

• Must be able to commute to Colchester.

• Must have full, unrestricted authorisation to work in the UK. Applicants requiring visa sponsorship or holding time-limited visa permission are not eligible for this role.
