About the Role

  • Supporting individuals through challenging situations with responsive short-term interventions
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams
  • Managing a varied caseload and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting crisis responses and safeguarding processes when required
  • Promoting social inclusion, equality and positive outcomes for individuals and carers
  • Contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • A person-centred and strengths-based approach to supporting people
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Confidence building relationships with a range of professionals, individuals and carers
  • Strong IT and record-keeping skills

Essential Requirements

  • Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to attend the office regularly
  • Availability to start as soon as possible
  • Ability to complete all required compliance and pre-employment checks promptly

Working Arrangements

This induction period is designed to support:

  • Team integration
  • Learning and development
  • Management support and supervision
  • Building knowledge and confidence within the role

Following induction, working arrangements will be considered in line with service needs and manager discretion.
