Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor | Critical Projects | London
Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading international construction contractor delivering major critical environment projects across London and Europe.
Our client delivers complex projects across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing and Critical Logistics, working with major blue-chip clients.
Reporting to the EHS Lead, you will support the implementation of the project's EHS strategy, ensuring compliance and helping drive a positive safety culture across the site.
EHS Advisor Key Responsibilities

Implement EHS policies and provide guidance across the project.

Maintain EHS documentation, procedures and compliance standards.

Carry out inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks.

Monitor subcontractor compliance and work closely with project stakeholders.

Support the wider team in maintaining a proactive safety culture.
EHS Advisor Requirements:-

Third-level qualification in EHS, Health & Safety or a related discipline.

3+ years' experience on large-scale construction or commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and site-based compliance.

Highly organised, proactive and detail-focused.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full driving licence desirable.
