Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Faandccedil;ade Consultant to join a growing faandccedil;ade team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of faandccedil;ade systems, cladding, curtain walling, and building envelope design.
The successful candidate will be confident providing technical advice, reviewing faandccedil;ade designs, supporting project delivery, and working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams. This role would suit someone with a strong background in faandccedil;ade consultancy who is looking to take on a senior position with responsibility across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultancy and design advice across faandccedil;ade, cladding, curtain walling, and building envelope projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, reports, and technical documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
- Attend client, design, and site meetings, offering technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project delivery from early-stage design through to completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience in faandccedil;ade consultancy, faandccedil;ade engineering, or a similar technical faandccedil;ade role.
- Excellent knowledge of faandccedil;ade systems, including cladding, curtain walling, and external envelope packages.
- Confident reviewing technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, technical, and project coordination skills.
