Job Title: Faandccedil;ade Designer
Location: Wembley
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Faandccedil;ade Designer with strong technical knowledge of faandccedil;ade systems, particularly rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and external envelope design.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled designer to take responsibility for a range of project design duties, including technical drawings, setting out, site surveys, scheduling, technical submittals, and design coordination. The successful candidate will be confident working across multiple projects and attending site or design meetings where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage design work for faandccedil;ade systems, including rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, and cladding packages.
- Prepare technical drawings, setting out information, schedules, and design documentation.
- Carry out on-site surveys and attend site/design meetings when required.
- Prepare technical submittals and support design coordination across projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong experience as a Faandccedil;ade Designer or similar design role.
- Excellent knowledge of faandccedil;ade systems, with particular strength in rainscreen cladding.
- Experience with curtain walling, cladding, and external envelope design.
- Strong technical drawing, detailing, and organisational skills.
