Field Service Engineer (Warewash) Inner M25

Job Description

We're seeking a strong electrical/mechanical Field Service Engineer with proven 3and#8209;phase experience to cover the Inner M25 region.
This is a stable, welland#8209;supported role with excellent earning potential, structured training, and a highand#8209;quality toolkit, vehicle, and parts stock.

The Role
You'll carry out service, repair, installation and maintenance of commercial dishwashers, glasswashers and warewash systems across a regional patch. Typical workload: around four jobs per day, with occasional one fulland#8209;day job depending on complexity.

Working hours:
  • 08:00-17:00 (travel between 07:00-08:00 and up to 17:30 included in package)
  • Travel outside these times paid at time and a half

What We're Looking For
  • Electrically biased engineer with threeand#8209;phase experience
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent
  • Mechanical experience with pumps and motors
  • Plumbing knowledge useful (can be trained)
  • Existing 3and#8209;phase experience is essential - not suitable for singleand#8209;phase-only
  • Stable employment history - no multiple short-term roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Permanent UK working status (visa-based candidates not suitable)
  • UK driving licence



On-Call Rota (1 in 3)
  • Fri: 17:00-19:00
  • Sat & Sun: 08:00-17:00
  • Bank holidays when applicable
Payments include:
  • Call-out payment
  • Double time door-to-door on Sundays
  • Time and a half door-to-door on Fridays & Saturdays
  • £150 weekend standby pay

Salary & Benefits
  • £45,000 basic salary (for both experienced warewash engineers and strong crossand#8209;sector engineers)
  • Overtime + call-out payments
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • 4% company pension contribution (with 4% employee contribution)
  • £2,000 annual bonus paid quarterly (£500)
    • Criteria: worksheets, van stock control, documentation return, van cleanliness

  • Approx. 250 spare parts carried
  • Tablet + phone provided
