Fire & Security Engineer Birmingham/West Midlands
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 + Van & Benefits

Options Resourcing is working with a well-established Fire & Security provider to recruit 2 experienced Fire & Security Engineers.

Our client is an NSI Gold accredited company, protecting homes and businesses since the 1980's. They deliver a full range of security and fire solutions including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, fire detection, and monitoring services, working across commercial, public sector, and residential markets throughout the West Midlands and surrounding counties.

The Role

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems
• Working across commercial, public sector, and residential sites
• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently and to a high standard
• Delivering work in line with NSI, BAFE, and FIA accreditation standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer (installation and/or maintenance)
• Strong knowledge of intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and/or access control systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. FIA, NSI) desirable
• Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
