An experienced Freelance Site Manager is required for a short-term refurbishment project in Shepherd's Bush.

The project comprises minor external works and internal glazing, requiring a hands-on Site Manager capable of coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include managing daily site operations, subcontractors, health & safety, programme, quality control, logistics and snagging through to completion.

We are looking for someone with previous experience within residential refurbishment, planned maintenance or similar occupied-environment projects.

Applicants should hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and be available to commence on 1 February 2027.

The project is anticipated to run for approximately two months.
