A welcoming primary school in Basingstoke is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate SEN TA to join their team and support pupils with additional learning needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop your skills and put your degree knowledge into practice!

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll work alongside experienced teachers, providing support to pupils through:

• Tailored 1:1 and small-group learning support.
• Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Supporting classroom activities and learning interventions.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're keen to hear from a Graduate SEN TA who has:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
• A caring, patient and proactive personality.
• Strong communication skills.
• An interest in child development and special educational needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people.

Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential. Enthusiasm and the right attitude are what matter most!
