£30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus + 30 Days Holiday + Progression to Engineer

Are you a Handyperson, technician or DIY specialist with a background within the luxury sector looking for a permanent, days-based position that offers further training to progress into a Maintenance Engineering position?

In this role you will be servicing 5 star accommodation, carrying out routine preventative light maintenance to the buildings facilities. This will be general building maintenance like light electrical work, plumbing and painting. You will work a 5-day rota and be required to work occasional weekends.

The company are a highly prestigious luxury brand of apartment and residential suites, located not only in London but across the world. They pride themselves on their high-end apartments and clientele, meaning top communication and presentation skills are required.

This role would suit a Handyperson, maintenance technician or similar with experience in high-end hospitality environment looking for further development and a stable career.

The Role:

• Mostly planned maintenance within a luxurious complex of apartments
• Light electrical, appliances, plumbing and painting work
• Communicate with a variety of staff and clients
• 5 days on 2 days off, 40-hour week (occasional Saturdays or Sundays)

The Person:

• Handyperson / Maintenance Technician or similar
• Luxury Hospitality background
