This-is-a-fantastic-opportunity-for-a-hands-on-HR-professional-who-wants-to-make-a-genuine-impact-and-help-shape-the-HR-function.-Working-across-a-workforce-of-around-150-employees,-you'll-provide-day-to-day-HR-support-while-also-developing-and-improving-people-processes,-policies-and-practices.

The-Role

You'll-act-as-a-trusted-HR-partner-to-managers-and-employees,-providing-advice-and-support-across-the-full-employee-lifecycle.

Key-responsibilities-will-include:

• Managing-and-advising-on-employee-relations-matters-including-disciplinaries,-grievances,-absence-and-performance.
• Supporting-and-coaching-line-managers-with-people-related-issues.
• Supporting-recruitment,-onboarding-and-probation-processes.
• Reviewing-and-developing-HR-policies,-procedures-and-processes.
• Ensuring-HR-practices-remain-compliant-with-UK-employment-legislation.
• Maintaining-accurate-employee-records-and-HR-documentation.
• Supporting-employee-engagement,-wellbeing,-training-and-development-initiatives.
• Providing-HR-reports-and-updates-to-senior-management.
• Supporting-payroll-with-HR-related-queries.
• Working-with-external-HR/legal-advisers-on-more-complex-matters.
• Supporting-wider-HR-projects-and-organisational-change.

About-You

We're-looking-for-an-experienced-HR-professional-with:

• CIPD-Level-5-or-equivalent-experience.
• Vast-generalist-HR-experience.
• Strong-employee-relations-experience.
• Good-knowledge-of-UK-employment-law-and-HR-best-practice.
• Excellent-communication,-organisation-and-attention-to-detail.
• Confidence-dealing-with-sensitive-and-complex-matters.
• The-ability-to-build-strong-relationships-with-managers-and-employees.
• Experience-in-manufacturing/production-and-shift-workers-would-be-an-advantage.-
• A-proactive,-practical-approach-and-the-ability-to-manage-competing-priorities.
