Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pm + Call-Out Rota

I'm working with an established business looking for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to take responsibility for maintenance operations, supporting a skilled team of technicians and ensuring the site continues to operate safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence maintenance strategy, improve equipment reliability and support ongoing site improvements.
You'll be joining an established operation offering a strong benefits package, excellent working hours and the opportunity to make a real impact.
The Role
Lead and support the Maintenance Team.
Plan preventative and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate contractors and projects.
Improve equipment reliability.
What They're Looking For
Maintenance experience.
Instrumentation knowledge
Leadership experience.
