Our client, a well-established firm within the home improvement and glazing industry, based in Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds area, has an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Surveyor / Estimator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to business growth.

The successful Trainee Surveyor / Estimator should have:
andmiddot;Full UK driving licence
andmiddot;Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
andmiddot;Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn
andmiddot;Strong communication and basic computer skills
andmiddot;Reliable, enthusiastic and motivated attitude

In this role, the Trainee Surveyor / Estimator will be responsible for:
andmiddot;Supporting warehouse and logistics operations to gain a full understanding of the business
andmiddot;Assisting with estimating projects and delivering excellent customer service
andmiddot;Learning the installation processes for premium windows and doors
andmiddot;Conducting site surveys alongside experienced professionals
andmiddot;Supporting project management activities from quotation through to completion

Our client is offering the successful Trainee Surveyor / Estimator a salary in the region of £12.71 - £14.00 DOE to start, with regular salary reviews and clear progression opportunities, plus benefits including company pension, private medical insurance, dental insurance, recognised supplier training and certifications, and excellent long-term career prospects with the opportunity to progress to a Window & Door Surveyor earning £40,000-£50,000 per annum.
