As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining financial control, delivering accurate reporting and providing valuable insight to support decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Preparing profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow reports
- Delivering detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
- Producing financial and operational KPI reporting
- Supporting audit and year-end processes
- Monitoring overhead costs and supporting business performance reviews
- Providing financial analysis to operational and leadership teams
- Supporting process improvements and finance best practice
- Deputising for senior finance leadership when required
We would be interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Accountant or similar role.
You will ideally have:
- Experience producing management accounts
- Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Budgeting and forecasting knowledge
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
