Mechanical Supervisor - Data Centre - Bracknell

Start: ASAP
Contract: 6-month rolling contract
Rate: £31.50 per hour
Hours: 45-50 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30/17:00

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Bracknell.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing specialist mechanical subcontractors delivering packages including:

• Ventilation

• Pipework / Piping

• Air Conditioning

• Associated mechanical services

• Testing and commissioning activities

This is primarily a subcontractor and package management role rather than a direct man-management position.

You will oversee approximately 10-12 operatives working through the mechanical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, correctly and in line with programme requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Mechanical Supervisor

• Previous Data Centre experience

• Strong experience managing mechanical subcontractors and packages

• Experience across ventilation, pipework and air conditioning systems

• Able to identify and manage technical issues through to resolution

• Experience taking mechanical works/issues through to commissioning

• Strong understanding of mechanical installation, testing and commissioning processes

ASAP start available with an initial 6-month contract and ongoing rolling work.
