SOCIAL HOUSING CLEANER - LONDON

Vehicle Required - Must be able to travel across London
£16.45 per hour CIS
8:00am - 5:00pm

We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaner to join a social housing maintenance team, carrying out cleaning duties across residential properties throughout London.

THE ROLE:

• Cleaning social housing properties and communal areas
• Deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and general cleaning
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors and other areas
• Ensuring properties are left clean, presentable and ready for residents
• Travelling between properties across London
• Reporting any damage or maintenance issues
• Working professionally around residents and within occupied properties

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within social housing or residential properties
• Own vehicle is essential due to travelling between properties
• Reliable and professional approach
• Good understanding of health and safety
• Able to work independently

£16.45 per hour CIS
8am-5pm
North London head office - covering properties across London
