REF 114 - NURSING HOME MANAGER - PETERBOROUGH AREA - £ TO 80K BASE SALARY - GOOD RATED AND WELL ESTABLISHED CARE AND NURSING HOME

Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across the South.

This provider is seeking a Home Manager for their well-established, purpose-built and Good rated home in the Peterborough area.

The Home Manager in Peterborough will:
- Ensure the homes continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
- Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
- Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
- Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.

The Home Manager in Peterborough will need to have:
- Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
- Effective communication and IT skills.
- Experience of developing large care and nursing home settings and holding registration.
