The Role
As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality paint repairs and refinishing work, ensuring all vehicles are returned to customers in excellent condition.

Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming
andmiddot;Mixing and colour-matching paint to manufacturer specifications
andmiddot;Applying paint finishes using modern spraying techniques
andmiddot;Carrying out paint repairs and full vehicle resprays
andmiddot;Inspecting completed work to ensure the highest quality standards
andmiddot;Maintaining a clean and organised work area
andmiddot;Working efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
andmiddot;Following all health and safety procedures

About You
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, Paint Refinisher, Vehicle Painter, or Automotive Paint Technician
andmiddot;Strong knowledge of paint preparation and refinishing techniques
andmiddot;Experience working within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
andmiddot;Ability to work independently and as part of a team
andmiddot;A positive attitude and strong work ethic
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence preferred
