As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one support for a year 3 pupil within the classroom.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Help create a positive and supportive environment for all children
• Support pupils with additional learning needs and ensure their inclusion in all activities
• Encourage positive behaviour and active engagement in learning
• Work alongside teachers to keep lessons engaging and bring structure and encouragement to primary classrooms

Experience as a Teaching Assistant will be advantageous but not essential. All you need is passion and commitment, full support and training is available.

An enhanced DBS is required for this role or the willingness to obtain one is essential for this role.
