The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and managing your own specialist market, building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the construction sector.

You'll have the freedom to run your desk with genuine autonomy whilst benefiting from the support of an established brand, existing networks, shared opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Generating new business opportunities within your specialist market
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates
• Negotiating offers and managing the placement process
• Building and maintaining a strong network within your sector
• Collaborating with colleagues to maximise opportunities across the wider business

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' recruitment experience
• Proven track record as a successful 360 recruiter
• Experience operating within a specialist or niche construction market
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and commercially driven
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Team-focused mindset with a collaborative approach
