Salary: between £52,000 to £57,000 per annum

NonStop Consulting is working with a small, not for profit Independent Fostering Agency in the Norfolk area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.
They are therapeutic fostering agency with a Good Ofsted rating. They offer flexibility with home working.

Key Responsibilities:
The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a small team that includes a full-time administrator and 1 full-time social worker. They have 11 children at present and 5 families, so it is a small service.

As the Registered Fostering Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the agency consistently delivers exceptional outcomes for children and young people while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Registered Fostering Manager or Team Manager
• Social Work England registration
• experience in fostering
• Full driving licence
