- Prospect and generate new leads from both existing and potential clients
- Deliver engaging test drives and demonstrate vehicle features effectively
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high standards for vehicle displays, both new and used
- Handle customer payments, including those without established credit accounts
- Address customer queries and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction
- Introduce customers to the Service Department and explain warranty and service plans
- Proven track record in motor trade car sales preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Target-driven mentality with a strong desire to succeed
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of finance and warranty products is desirable but not essential
