We are working with a specialist SEN school in Surrey seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to support students with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning barriers. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire young people, build confidence, and help students re-engage with education through engaging and accessible Science lessons.

The Role
  • Teach Science across KS3 and KS4.
  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.
  • Work closely with pastoral teams and support staff to maximise student success.
  • Encourage students to achieve both academically and personally.
The Ideal Candidate
  • QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level.
  • SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision experience desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
  • Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people.
