Senior Occupational Therapist - Front Door Team

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Front Door Team in Windsor and Maidenhead.

Location: London Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead
Pay Rate: -40 per hour
Work Location: Town Hall, St Ives Rd, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1RF

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an outcome-focused assessment service to adults with physical disabilities or age-related needs.
• Assess physical dysfunction and identify appropriate interventions to support independence and wellbeing.
• Assess complex equipment needs and recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations.
• Apply sound knowledge of manual handling techniques and risk assessment.
• Undertake senior-level responsibilities within the Front Door Team, ensuring effective and person-centred assessments.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally within adult social care or community settings.
• Strong knowledge of physical dysfunction, complex equipment provision and manual handling.
• Experience assessing adults with physical disabilities and age-related needs.
• Ability to undertake comprehensive, outcome-focused assessments and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Previous senior-level experience is desirable.
