Salary: £33,000 OTE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Looking for a Service Advisor role where you can build your career with a respected automotive group?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Vehicle Service Advisor to join a professional dealership environment. You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, making sure every vehicle visit runs smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience.

THE ROLE
As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
andmiddot;Arranging service, maintenance and repair bookings
andmiddot;Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
andmiddot;Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
andmiddot;Explaining additional work and associated costs clearly
andmiddot;Liaising with Technicians, Workshop Control and the Parts Department
andmiddot;Ensuring work is scheduled efficiently
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate records and documentation
andmiddot;Supporting invoicing, administration and wider aftersales processes
andmiddot;Delivering an excellent level of customer service throughout the vehicle journey

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor within the automotive industry
andmiddot;Strong customer service and communication skills
andmiddot;Excellent organisation and time-management ability
andmiddot;A proactive and professional approach
andmiddot;The ability to work effectively as part of a team
andmiddot;Good administrative skills and attention to detail
andmiddot;Full UK Driving Licence
