Site based Logistics Manager ( Mechanical Building Services )
Job Description
Temple are seeking an experienced Site-Based Logistics Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, storage, distribution, and control of all mechanical services materials, plant, equipment, and site logistics activities on major construction projects.
The successful candidate will ensure that materials and equipment are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the construction programme, whilst maintaining excellent standards of site organisation, housekeeping, health & safety, and supply chain coordination. This role is critical to maintaining productivity and ensuring the smooth installation of mechanical building services packages including HVAC, public health, pipework, ventilation, heating, cooling, and associated plant systems.
Initial project is located in Northampton with 18 month duration.
The following are essential to be considered for this role
Minimum 3 years experience in construction logistics
Experience on major mechanical or MEP projects-
Experience in coordinating deliveries and storage of HVAC systems
Strong knoweldege of site operations
CSCS and full UK driving licence
