Stores & Dispatch Team Leader - Permanent - Poole - Starting ASAP

TeamJobs is working with a fantastic local business who are looking for a Stores & Dispatch Team Leader to join their growing team.

Duties to include:

  • Inspection of goods received
  • Packing items in accordance with SF06
  • Dispatch items as defined by planning card / delivery paperwork
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate stock control
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve any shortages and documentation issues
  • Day to day running of Stores and staff ensuring efficiency
  • Qualified First Aider
  • Fire Marshal
  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift

Hours and Salary:

  • £30,000 per annum
  • Monday day to Thursday 7.30 am - 4.30 pm
  • Friday 7.30 am - 12.30 pm
  • Overtime available

Requirements:

  • Valid counterbalance licence
  • Previous Team Leader experience
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering practices
  • The ideal candidate will be well organised and good computer skills will also be required
  • Experienced in kitting/picking in a warehouse
