Support Worker-

Location: Bowyers Mews-Neath Hill
Milton Keynes-MK14 6HP

Hours: 37.5hrs

We support a high-functioning individual with autism to live an active, fulfilling, and independent life. We are looking for patient, enthusiastic, and proactive Support Workers who can provide structured support while encouraging learning, independence, and community engagement.

About the Person

The individual:

• Has a diagnosis of autism and benefits from structured support and routine.
• Enjoys fairgrounds, electronic games, and adrenaline-fuelled activities.
• Likes being active in the community and exploring new opportunities.
• Participates in planned online tutoring sessions.
• Is working towards Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths and English.
• Benefits from support with learning and developing everyday life skills

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge and understanding of autism.
• Ability to provide consistent structure and routines.
• Interest in supporting learning and personal development.
• Positive, energetic, and community-focused approach.
• Commitment to promoting independence and life skills.
• Flexibility to work sleep-in shifts (no waking nights required)
