Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

The main purpose of this Warehouse Supervisor role is to support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day supervision of the warehouse function and the operations across multiple UK locations.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 P/A, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily warehouse activities and maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control procedures and stock audits,
• Checking and booking incoming stock,
• Overseeing picking, packing, and dispatching of goods,
• Investigating discrepancies and striving for continuous improvements in the department,
• Supervising the team, assisting with training new employees, and providing remote support to team members based elsewhere.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have some sort of people management experience from a warehouse environment.
• Will need a good understanding of inventory control and stock management processes.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Will have a desire and hunger to progress into a further managerial role.
